The Ito Fish Market alongside the restaurant is well known as one of the major suppliers of fresh fish in Fortaleza. The owner, Yuzoo Ito is almost always present to greet and to ensure his guests satisfaction.

The menu features an endless selection of Sushi and Sashimi choices from R$ 43.00 to R$ 49.00 per kilo, depending upon the type you choose. Other specialties of the house include grilled fish or filet mignon teppanyaki style. Pastas: yakissoba with shrimp and vegetables. The wine list includes sake, both imported and domestic labels; a wide variety of beer choices; regional fresh juices made to order.
